Interlocked driveways not only improve the curb appeal of your home while increasing property value, a driveway extension can also increase the functionality of your space.

Let's help you out with the terminology on interlocked driveways:

A soldier course is the strip of interlock on either side of the  driveway. It usually varies between one foot and four feet in width, but can be wider depending on the available space on your property.

A cape is the strip of interlock at the top of your driveway right in front of your garage. this is usually between three and five feet in width.

Some people like a soldier course on only one side, some like just the cape, some like the entire wrap-around "boarder", and some just like to have the entire driveway paved.

You may like curves, and your partner may like straight lines, sometimes we can implement a combination of both!

We generally recommend that you select colours that will compliment the main colour of your home, rather than match it. Selecting a different colour for the boarder will also help to compliment the overall look of your property.
